Munduk Waterfall

hidden breezing falls in the middle of lush jungle

The Munduk Waterfalls, also known as Air Terjun Munduk, are located in the village of Munduk in Buleleng, North Bali, in Bali's lush and forested central-northern highland region.

Munduk village is one of the greatest waterfall sites in Bali, featuring three spectacular waterfalls: Laangan Melanting waterfall, Red Coral waterfall, and Golden Valley/Munduk waterfall.

People only know this site as Munduk Waterfall because of the near proximity of these waterfalls.

There are also hectares of clove, coffee plantations, and other attractions that may entice visitors to stop and take in the breathtaking views.

You can also take a deep breath of fresh air (free of air pollution). If you have the opportunity to visit Munduk, you will be immersed in a completely different atmosphere.

You'll feel as if you're on top of a mountain, and when the sun sets, you'll be able to see breathtaking views and the sea glistening in the distance.

Munduk Waterfall Location & Directions
Munduk Waterfall is located in the village of Munduk, Buleleng (Singaraja) regency, Bali, Indonesia, at an elevation of roughly 850 meters above sea level. It takes around a three-hour drive from the main southern districts of Kuta, Seminyak, and Denpasar to reach these highlands.
What is the best way to get to Munduk Waterfall?
Munduk Waterfalls are located in the village of Munduk, Buleleng (Singaraja) regency, North Bali, as previously noted. The 15-meter-high waterfall is located in the middle of a coffee plantation and may be reached after a 300-meter walk from the main road. It took 2.5 hours by car to get from Kuta to Ubud, 2 hours to get from Ubud to Lovina, and 45 minutes to get from Lovina to Kuta. The sign stands on the very brink of a steep corner, 15 minutes west of the Wanagiri Hidden Hills. Because there is no public transportation in the Munduk area, we recommend renting a scooter. Scooters can be rented in most of Bali's major tourist areas, including Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Denpasar, and Ubud. The cost of renting a scooter is 75,000 IDR per day. However, renting a car with a driver from Bali is a safer option. The price of that tour is usually around 40 to 45 USD per car per day for a multi-purpose vehicle that can accommodate up to 4 people and includes fuel, parking taxes, and an English-speaking driver as a guide.
